REFUND / RETURNS POLICY

All refund requests must be assessed and approved by management.

Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.

Products must be in original packaging and in resalable condition (new or slightly used).

Proof of purchase (e.g. Tax Invoice) is required.

Return window: within 7 days of supply/delivery.

Returns are by mail only. A free return label is included in your package.

Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving returned goods.

Exchanges are available for items returned in unused, original condition.

No restocking fees apply unless otherwise specified.

Three Nines Inc reserves the right to decline any return that does not meet these conditions.

Manufacturer return policies may apply to specific products.

If products are defective or faulty, liability is limited to replacement of the defective material only. Any consequential loss will not be accepted.

If a product is damaged on delivery, refuse receipt and notify us immediately.

Delivery fees are non-refundable unless goods are damaged at the time of delivery.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning goods to the dispatch site, unless otherwise advised.

IMPORTANT
- Ownership of the goods transfers to you when you receive the goods and sign for them. Goods must be inspected prior to signing. After you have accepted the goods via signing for them, returns are not accepted. If nobody is available to inspect the goods at the time the goods are delivered, no responsibility is taken for any damaged goods.
